The new OSPW X system for your SRAM Eagle Transmission group is no exception. The result is a modern cage that fits harmoniously into the overall look of your bike. But it is also technically impressive across the board. Behind the FURTHER DRIVE TECHNOLOGY there are two design features that take efficiency and durability to a new level. It starts with the Activ Derbis Remover (ADR). A patent-pending technology that makes it nearly impossible for dirt to enter your warehouse. The second technical solution is Ceramicspeed’s ALPHA Disc. A two-part, 20-tooth pulley, which is made from a solid aluminum disc in the middle and has a wear-resistant narrow-wide sprocket made of composite material. In addition to minimal wear, the running noise of your chain is also reduced.

Technically, the OSPW The ball bearing cage is made of reinforced polyamide, with a hardened steel race and polished groove. The CeramicSpeed ​​bearing balls are 15% harder, 100% smoother and 99% more resilient than standard ceramic balls. CeramicSpeed ​​bearings are considered the best ceramic bearings in the world.
The bearing cage is made of carbon fibers that have been reinforced with polyamide so that the forces can be better distributed and absorbed and your rear derailleur works perfectly even in the most adverse conditions.

Coated Version
Compared to the already high-quality standard bearings from CeramicSpeed, the “coated” version has a very thin protective layer applied to the bearing rings. This makes the latter even harder, has an extended life cycle and even lower rolling resistance.

Maintenance
It is important to carefully lubricate the bearings to maintain performance and longevity. Simply apply oil to the bearing seals so that the oil can penetrate the bearing. Do this every time you lubricate the chain, or after washing the bike, or after riding in wet and muddy conditions.

IMPORTANT
When traveling, please remember to dismantle the entire rear derailleur, as very few bicycle transport bags offer enough space for the OSPW system.
